[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] README

Hi!

I have written an MPlayer quickstart guide that has since grown into a
simple installation manual.  It describes how to configure and compile
MPlayer with GUI, OSD and basic codecs and is designed to replace the
current very terse README.

I have already posted this to -users to get some "low-level" feedback
and this is the result of all this plus Nilmoni's usual review.
