there never will be debian packages then. who cares.
while binary packaging was not allowed - everyone made and distributed
them. now, as it's possible, anyone say it's not possible because of
divx4_vbr.c. Note, that divx4linux library is not GPL, so the 1000% gpl
debianish package won't link to divx4linux, thus divx4vbr.c has no any use,
even can be left out of the package... but who cares.
i'll never understood those debian package makers.
