[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] rewritten users_against_developers.html

Hi!

Nilmoni finished reviewing users_against_developers.html yesterday, so
here it is:

It has been almost completely rewritten and now encompasses
gcc-2.96-30.html. I deleted the section about binary packages, since
MPlayer is now GPL, essentially leaving a historical note. Oh well,
Gabucino completely removed it in the meantime, but I think we should
keep it for historical reasons, so people can have a little
explanation of what was going on at the time. The GCC section has
also changed a lot. I tried to provide links that prove all the
statements in the document, because I believe it is always better to
quote than to paraphrase. Things I could not back up, I deleted. I
did not find links that prove the 2.96 problems with lame, dri and
mesa, so these have been removed, but I added Apache, and Nilmoni came
up with a few others, so there is still plenty left ;-). Overall the
language is toned down, so I hope it is less inflammatory.

As I said gcc-2.96-3.0.html becomes obsolete as of this patch, so I
guess we can cvs remove it. This will break a few links, but don't
worry, I will fix that in an upcoming patch, I just wanted to get this
out of the door first.
So long

Diego
