[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PROPOSAL] BIG mplayer manpage update (3)

Hi

Here's the announced patch, based on the ideas of Arpi, with 
help from Attila.

Changes:
    - mixed mencoder and mplayer (and gmplayer ;) manpage to 
      one big manpage: name, synopsis, description, examples 
      and of course options
    - changed mplayer structure:
      general notes, demuxer/input options, decoding/filtering 
      options, audio output options, video output options, 
      osd/sub options, mplayer specific options, encoding 
      (mencoder) options, config/help options
    - added some undocumented options, tried to describe divx5 
      suboptions
    - fixed some typos, updated/changed/commented some options
    - some general cosmetic changes (sorry)
    - more...
        
Comments:
    - I'm not sure at all about the position of the following 
      options: jpeg, dump*, mf and tv (see outfmt)
    - mplayer specific options are not very defined (What 
      exactly are they / should they be?) 
    
Future ideas/TODO:
    - check ssf, divx5 subopts (especially temporal and spatial)
    - add description for: use-stdin, dumpsub, divx5 subopts 
      (obmc, intra_frame_threshold, interlace_mode, mv_file), 
      lame subopt aq (?)
    - more/better examples, sometimes add more detailled options
    - description of new options by their authors?
    - translations? (german, hungarian, polish) :(
    
Please check_ before commiting!
Comments/ideas are welcome.
Just tell me what to change and I'll try to make a second 
version...
