subfont-c can generate them with --unicode option.

I have got a few ideas for i18n in MPlayer:
- is any point in creating alternate conversion mechanism besides
iconv() (like placing conversion tables in font.desc) for platforms
without iconv?
- what about using locales for conversion (mbrtowc())?
- what about placing multiple charsets in a single *.raw file
(multi-language fonts)?
- what about creating and using only Unicode fonts with MPlayer?
