[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] XV driver with VideoMode (vm)

Hi,

applied to cvs.
mplayer -vo xv -vm -x 800 works, but if i add -fs it gets somehow totally
broken, i got just blue screen and after exit i get the shole screen
remaining blue :(
(BSOD for linux? :)

maybe Xv driver bug (X 4.1.0, matrox g400, latest drivers from matrox)
mayeb badly setup X window (don't forget, without -fs it works, and without
-vm the -fs works)
