could you fix the 2-pass encoding, or the xvid codec?
specifying br=700 it created file with bitrate 730kbit.
i don't know if it's bug of 2pass code (afaik it's your) or xvid codec.
btw, the same media coded with divx4 (same opts) created file with 680kbit.
none of the codecs could do 700, as i specified... why?
