[MPlayer-dev-eng] Still questions about cache2

I'm still wondering why cache2 is blocking for some low value!

It's kind of annoying because the cache value is automatically set from the 
asf file. 
Even if the cache value is too small to make the cache system usefull, it 
would be great if it will not block on small values.
