BTW, Nick, why do we need to create with awk script headers from pci.db,
we could declare the needed id-s (vendor_ati, device_radeon,...) into the
same headers, and not from pci.db, which creates ~160k of headers, we don't
need them (developers coding new drivers could use pci.db to get id's,
others don't need them)
