i don't think it well be solved before libvo2.
anyway, i'm busy again with commercial stuff :( so don'te xpect much coding
from me. i have some plans for better DVB support (first libmp1e cleanup)
and moving codecs to libmpcodecs

-v is not a debug mode. it's verbose. many users have -v by default...
debug begins at -v -v
