[MPlayer-dev-eng] new imput changes and vo_x11

after last changes in vo_x11 (new input related) keyboard stop response
within window and fullscreen - works only in CLI ;) 

with fullscreen i have nice workstation lockdown ;(

with gl,gl2 same effect as with x11 ..

others vo_* works fine (tested with sdl,xv,ggi)
