[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] EDL 0.5: docs, mute fix

* Added documentation to the man page and the DOC directory (edl.html).
* Altered mute behavior to mirror that of skipping.

When skipping, I set the same variable that is set by a manual seek, 
rel_seek_pos. However, no matter how small I make that number, it seems
to skip ahead to the nearest 10-second mark. Is there a better way to
skip?
