[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] XMMS inputplugin support for mplayer

Hi!

Here is the first version of xmms inputplugin support. It is
experimental and not tested too much.
known problems are: -if song ends, it will never notice
- vqf plugin crashes on exit if stopped early in playing 

However sid plugin, uade (uae+amiga players) plugin, mpegplus(musepack)
plugin, xmp, modplug and mikmod plugin seemed to work allright (vqf played 
too, only crashed on exit)

If you have any comments do share it with me.
Also included in the patch the changes to configure, to have a --enable-xmms
option. Also there is a small change to libmpdemux/open.c, so that the 
filename is passed on (xmms plugins need that).
