English is the master.  The HTML has shrunk a lot recently in favor of
the man page and the german version is probably quite out of date..

All command line parameters should be in the man page, the HTML is for
howtos, guides and more complex examples.  Developer docs go under
tech/, that's it basically.  Not all of this has been accomplished
yet, though, just have a look at DOCS/tech/TODO.
