[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] warn fixes for libvo/sub.c

I tested it on rh gcc 3.1 & plain gcc 2.95.3.

I think a warning should issued for any compiler, as at least strlen is
undefined (#include <string.h>). Is it included somewhere in the
Makefile or by other header files ?
