Hi guyes!

Im TobbY, 24 years old and Student of the Technological University of
Ilmenau. For some Test I need a Video Player which can display differen
stream types from a streaming Server located in my network. During the Test
I can not guarantee that the link quality is the same every time.

Because droping some Bits on the link can cause that several Frames have to
be droped I like to measure how many frames are dropt over the whole testing
 time.

During my fist test I find out that I don't have any kinde of dropt frames if
I only have video date without sound. But for the person who whatched the
test movie it still doesn't look flewently.

So for me it would be nice if I can get an Output during the run like:
A: 22.9 V: 22.9 A-V: -0.037 ct: 0.003 574/574 0% 0% 0.0% 0 0 1%
But with quite different Information.
I would need here 4 or 5 fields width:
Total_Frame_Count, Decoded_Frame_Count, Droped_Frame_Count, Total_Time_Usage
(Real_Time); {Time_of_Movie(Time_Position)}
It would also work, if I only get the output of the Real_Frame_Rate. I mean
if the user can have a look and tell me later that the Real_Frame_Rate have
 bee 24 fbs...

I thougth I could do it my selfe by changeing some details in lines 1809 ff.
of mplayer.c but I don't know exactly how I can get the Information I need.
Perhaps somebody can send my the names of the variables or a small desription
/ patch who I can generate the outout I need.

Thx to all who helps me in advance

Yours TobbY

PS: If this is the wrong list to ask such technical questions please tell me
wher I can find the help I need.
