[MPlayer-dev-eng] building and configure changes

Hi list,

I see that configured changed this day in CVS.
Shouldn't configure be rerun when running 'make' to ensure a correct
build process ? Some dependcencies / new options could be built in a
bad way if some options are misconfigured after this.

Suppose the autodetection of a library failed last time configured was
run, and would run successfull this time ith the updated configure. The
user will have the library disabled and issue a bugreport.
