[MPlayer-dev-eng] [patch] v4l multithread capture

Hi,

this patch adds multithread buffering to video4linux module. This 
finally allows grabbing with image sizes larger than half-PAL and 
capturing audio without dropped samples. There's are also some 
rudimentary attempts for a/v sync. On my 1GHz Duron (133 FSB though) I 
was able to capture full PAL resolution (768x576) with -npp lb and mp3 
audio with no dropped frames (except a few at the beginning until the 
streams get synced).

I still didn't much testing (especially I'm not so sure about the sync 
stuff and need to run the grabber for a few hours) so I don't insist on 
getting this patch immediately into CVS but I'd like to know your 
opinion on it.
