[MPlayer-dev-eng] mphq was down

Hi,

As you probably noticed, mphq was unaccesible today afternoon for a while.
It was a problem with the uplink of our net, not our fault :(
Anyway it will be down at next week too, for some time, due to some
networking upgrade/changes. Sorry for that.

Note, that there are mirrors for ftp/www, only maillist/cvs will be
unaccesible for hopefully short period.
