[Mplayer-dev-eng] SSA support

[Gabucino]

Someone (a good soul:) willing to repair SSA support? It currently can't play
but a few files. For example it can't play the one attached.

And.. mpsub support should be done too. (and a converter between mplayer
supported formats)
