[MPlayer-dev-eng] Patch to support 'mad' library

Hi,

following patch adds support for the 'mad' library for mpeg audio decoding
(See <http://mad.sourceforge.net>)

After installing the patch, you can enable it when configuring using :
--enable-mad

If the library is not installed at the default locations, you can specify the paths with :
--with-madincdir=DIR  for the include path (mad.h)
--with-madlibdir=DIR  for the library path (libmad.a)

The combination of this library with mplayer and ffmpeg gives good results (and performance)
on our xscale board (ARM architecture).
