[MPlayer-dev-eng] aspect stuff

Hi,
I was very happy that there is aspect functionality in
mplayer. Unfortunatly it is the same implementation
from vo_sdl. I don't like it. So i write some
functions and i send them as new aspect.c and
aspect.h. There is and patch that makes mplayer.c to
use new functions. I have not changed vo_ drivers
becouse there is aspect() function that acts like
original one. 
Feel free to fix any gramar mistake in there:)
