[MPlayer-dev-eng] New language file

[Firebird]

	Hi dudes,

   I just uploaded 2 files on the FTP in the incoming directory. The
first one is a patch for the german language file where I found 3
errors, typos for sure. This is the correction.
   The second file is the messages in french. So now you got one more :)
