IMHO - linux-2.2.x simply bad ready for SSE. As I think size of environment to be save
should be at least:
16bytes(SSE register)*8 + 10 bytes ( MMX/FPU registers)*8 + 4bytes (general registers) *8 = 240 bytes
+ TSS + segment registers + FPU environment (status word ...) + CPU environment (EFLAGS) + segment
registers + ...
resume: linux-2.2 is not for SSE.
