totally agree.

but the patch just has been commited to CVS, without the dvdauth.c/h and
the corresponding mplayer.c line changes.

please fix the dvd stuff to work under linux, then i'll commit too.

i'll do some changes in libao interfaces today night. i want to reduce
number of libao functions to minimal, and please don't add functions
to it, use teh general purpose control() interface instead.
this will solve problem of changing all drivers all time a new function
added.
