[MPlayer-dev-eng] patch for xinerama

Hi,

Here comes the last patch of this year :-)

It fixes a missing XFree() and places the window for xmga and xv
on the first head as this is the only place where it can be expected
to work (sometimes the first screen is not the leftmost).
