Ah great, I guess it's just my X that is fucked up then ;).
While in a dvdmenu it isn't possible to seek, so I think I might be able 
to steal the arrowkeys and the enter key here without messing up seeking.
As for the other issues you mentioned, I'll spend this day to try and 
fix a beta (= a working version). libdvdnav is simple enough to use, I 
was amazed at how few lines I needed to play a dvd compared to dvdread =).
