[MPlayer-dev-eng] Pre caching patch

Sorry to burst in, but if you check any other player (Real Player, Windows 
media player), the % is actually seconds (in terms of minutes/seconds) of 
cache. Caching like what XMMS with shoutcast for example is a very bad idea 
(in XMMS it cashes % kilobytes)
