[MPlayer-dev-eng] libmp1e for mplayer

As some of you noticed I commited libmp1e to CVS yesterday. The api 
isn't final yet so don't start using it. Hopefully the api will be clean 
by tomorrow or thursday. The biggest point of the upload was so that 
Michael could have a look at it and see if he could fix their lame 
optimizations, not that it runs slow now, but I would really be amazed 
if he could make it go faster.
