tested only under linux 2.2.19 glibc 2.2.2 gcc 2.95.2

no, only 2nd, 3rd and 5th chapter are multi-angle.
When in a multi-angle song, mplayer alone play alternatively 1 second of
each angle, so you have :
time 0-1 angle 1
time 0-1 angle 2
time 1-2 angle 1
time 1-2 angle 2
time 2-3 angle 1
time 2-3 angle 2
...
When in a single-anle song, mplayer play correctly the song without any
problem.

I may upload a few MB of vts_02_2.vob and vts_02_3.vob which are
respectively multi-angle and single-angle. I just uploaded
ifo-dump-dev-cdrom-2.gz (125024 butes), result of "./ifo_dump /dev/cdrom 2"
