[MPlayer-cygwin] How to Compile Mplayer ONLY for slave mode ?

I've had this lying around for a while. It's from the
im_mplayer winamp plugin found on the related projects
page originally which compiles mplayer as dll. Should
apply to current CVS.

Be forwarned, i've never tried mplayer as a dll, so no
idea how well it will suit your needs.
