I tried:
 ~/desktop/subfont.exe CP1250 24 /cygdrive/c/WINNT/Fonts/ARIAL.ttf --outdir

charset:       0 us
c:\Documents and Settings\waw00968\Desktop\subfont.exe: error: New_Face
failed. Maybe the font path `/cygdrive/c/WINNT/Fonts/arial.ttf' is wrong.
