[MPlayer-cygwin] DVD drive and opengl and libregif

Hi,

I compiled MPlayer on my Windows XP SP2 machine. It works.
But when I want to play a DVD with "mplayer dvd://1" it tries to open 
drive d:
Mit DVD is drive R:
How can I bring MPlayer to open drive R:? Can I give a switch to configure?

OpenGL:
MPlayer is very slow with OpenGL. Audio and video or not synced and 
frames dropped.
What can I do? Can I use directX, if yes how?

I cannot download libregif-4.1.6.tar.gz from the server. Does anyone 
know a mirror?
