[MPlayer-cygwin] MPlayer1.0pre5 win32 Version on a windows 95 Machine

I tried to install Mplayer on a Windows 95 Machine, and get the error
Message:
Missing export-user32.dll (This seems to be a win 98 library). Does
anyone know
a remedy, or is mplayer not expected to work  under windows 95 ?
