this is wrong, it works for me if i set monitor and tv as primary display at the
same time. do this by the screenshot of my display>advanced screen i took

this gives me video in window on both mon/tv and in fullscreen too. but the
alignment of my monitor is off, so the whole screen has a black border, YMMV

you might have to fullscreen out and fullscreen in again to get video, it initially
started black screen, but a cycle fixed it for me.

vo gl2 really depends on the hardware, some ati/nvidia cards play it almost the
same speed as the other vo, some cards dont, i dunno which models do this.
on mine, vo gl2 plays kind of slow (and 100% cpu). vo winvidix looks nice but
its 100% cpu again.
