[MPlayer-cygwin] [mingw] quicktime codecs not found in codecs dir

Afair the problem is that the dlls have their own searchfunctions for qtx
files, that
always searches in the system dir.
Therefore it is impossible to install them in the codecs dir without
patching the quicktime
dlls.
