[MPlayer-cygwin] vo_gl2 win32 port

I hacked up the vo_gl2 code today so that it's mostly functional under
win32 (compiling with mingw, no clue about cygwin). Are there any
caveats I should know about before submitting a patch etc.? I've still
got a few wrinkles to iron out before I'm done, but I just thought I'd
drop a note to the list now...

Also, is it worth making similar modifications to vo_gl? It wouldn't be
too hard, but the vo_gl code seems messier than vo_gl2.
