[MPlayer-cygwin] compiling mplayer probs ...

For the library path problem, I found that cygwin is looking in the PATH
environment variable :)

What I do :
export PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/lib:/usr/X11R6/bin

and then all work wherever I am :)
