[MPlayer-cygwin] libmp3lame problem w/ solution

That seems to be the case, it b0rks on any of them with only a single statement.  No clue why.  
gcc -dumpversion
2.95.3-10
I have tried with 3.2, same problem there...  It may be a limitation of cyg-gcc in general.
