I've used it last week as I had screwed a commit on the XML docs. CVS
admin allowed me to redo it again properly, so that people who
translate it afterwards have a chance to work from cleaner commits and
not loose some of their precious time because of me.
So I'd say let's not ban cvs admin when it saves everybody's time.
