[MPlayer-advusers] Demuxer lavf fails on (some) Blu-ray streams

Hi!

File test.ts in incoming/issue1315 can be played back with demuxer mpeg-ts 
(with the before-mentioned problems), but fails strangely with -demuxer 
lavf (everything between the two "$"'s shows up on my terminal):

$ mplayer test.ts -demuxer lavf

FFmpeg has no problems recognizing H264 in mpeg-ts, I remember having seen 
the same problem with another stream before.
