[MEncoder-users] mencoder asks to "use -absf aac_adtstoasc" - but -absf is an unknown option

I believe this has already been fixed.

This is very old. I can understand the urge of using an older version to
work around a linking problem, although reporting it would be more
efficient, but why choose a completely obsolete one?
