[MEncoder-users] Can't compile mplayer - no libavcodec - FIXED - now it's broken

  I was able to pull it and compile it today.? However, now I can't encode anything properly.? I have SVN-r33325-4.3(was 29xxx something).? I was running a script when I replaced it and the next command line picked up the new version.? Now all the audio is screwed up(way off), Mencoder is complaining about too many video packets in the buffer, and it's putting the subtitles on the screen where it wasn't before.? I have no idea what to do to fix it now.

I guess I should have saved the old versions before I did a make install...................
