Means nothing to me.

I just have a 30 second test clip of a spinning fan made on a canon 
vixia hfs100 hi-def camcorder, where everything is recorded in 60i ( 
even PF30 ( 30 progressive frames/sec written on 60i), and PF24 ( 24 
progressive frames/sec written on 60i with 2:3 telecine )). video is 
playable on Sony Vegas Pro, and win media player.
