I've been playing with a strategy for pullup for 1920X1080 that appears to
be both interlaced and telecined 60 fps h.264 that has really turned out
some excellent results, but not having seen your source, and not knowing
what you consider excellent, who knows. Anyway, most everything I do comes
from a single source but I've been using both tfields=0 and tinterlace=0
before filmdint=fast=0/sad_thres=2048 (to prevent bottom first errors) and
the softskip filter after that, plus the -noskip option.
