[MEncoder-users] I need to convert from x264 to DivX, how?

Hi all, I have got this film which plays nice in my WMP, but when in my dvd
player it just plays the sound, no video can be seen.

I played with MPlayer and here is the output, can anyone tell the command
line to turn it into DivX?
