[MEncoder-users] vp6 encoding in linux

Dear all,

I've googled and read about all the posts about vp6 encoding using mencoder/ffmpeg.
most posts told me that ffmpeg does not support vp6 encoding, while mencoder can do it with a vp6vfw.dll.

But since it depends on a 'dll' file, how can it work under linux?
Is there any way to do vp6 encoding UNDER LINUX?
