[MEncoder-users] Copying vob audio/video data to avi format

I am using the command
mencoder.exe dvd://1 -dvd-device
D:\Desktop\dvd\superhit -oac copy -ovc copy -chapter 
2-2  -of avi -o "c:\Documents and
Settings\umair\Desktop\dvd\superhit\chapters\superhit_002.avi"

but the avi generated has shaky video 

if i use -of mpeg the video is not shaky but issues
arise with audio

a successful conversion has been using the command 
mencoder.exe dvd://1 -dvd-device
D:\Desktop\dvd\superhit -oac mp3lame -lameopts
cbr:br=128 -ovc copy -chapter  1-1 -of mpeg -o
"c:\Documents and
Settings\umair\Desktop\dvd\superhit\chapters\superhit_002.mpeg"

this output seems ok but the ERROR: SCR: is displayed
