[MEncoder-users] Fixing broken MPEG files

Sorry, but these command-line options only fix A/V sync problems.
The problem is that I only get DVDs that don't play with my standalone
DVD player since I upgraded to Ubuntu 8.04. I try, try, and try, without
any success. I have re-encoded the MPEG files this evening and tried
again with dvdauthor/growisofs. Yet another unreadable DVD.
