[MEncoder-users] replacing a sound in mpeg2 movie

Hello
I have a soundtrack on a CDROM.
I also have a mpeg2 movie on my HD.

I want to grab the soundtrack from a CDROM and attach it to my mpeg2 movie.
To be clear I want to do the following 2 steps:

1. grab a soundtrack from CDROM
2. replace the mpeg2 soundtrack with this one grabed from CDROM.

How can I perform those 2 steps with mencoder ?
